Five films, five fathers, and an impact that lasts a lifetime. We're revisiting our 2016 series with YETI, featuring JT Van Zandt, Shane Dorian, Jordan Shipley, Hilary Hutcheson, and YETI's founding family, the Seiders.

Shane Dorian has faced some of the most dangerous waves in the world, is an avid hunter, and considers himself most in his element when outdoors. And for his son, Jackson, Dorian is passing on the same appreciation for the wild that comes with an endless spirit of outdoor exploration.

Roger Seiders is a businessman and inventor. He quit his job as a high school teacher in the mid-1970s to go full-time with his company Flex Coat, which is still in business today. So it’s no surprise that he passed on an innovative attitude to his sons, YETI co-founders Roy and Ryan Seiders. But even though the entrepreneurial spirit resonates loudly, it’s Roger’s lessons on fatherhood that stand out as Roy and Ryan raise families of their own.

Hilary Hutcheson’s father, Dave, has dedicated his life to the outdoors. After spending decades as a Park Ranger at Mount Rainier National Park, he retired to Montana’s Glacier Park and all but retreated from the wild activities that defined his career. But Hilary is changing all that, by taking her father out on the water to learn the sport that became her life’s calling – fly fishing.
